cos they’re part of the news updates for HSR. As artists update their stuff it’s added to the news updates as well as the individual artists updates … silly.

As an admin you are already registered to the blog and can edit your sub there. Try logging out to see what other peeps get.

As to the sidebar links, yeh, they’re contextual and need to be edited for some of the options. I was gonna wait to get onto that when we start customizing the site itself and adding links and pages. Probably start on it next week sometime after the zencart is done.

If you can make a list of what you’d like in the sidebar of each section that would be a good start.

The site as a whole is more or less down now I think, just a couple of minor edits and the an-archos community website is ready for version 1.0 … then we get onto customising the content while I go get photonics up and running.

3. I’m going to integrate a new section into the tabs like the store. Will be a link to a custom artists front end. Try making an overall artists list/discography page (name it artists?) and I’ll build that one into the site structure. We can customise it a fair bit as the php will be a different template from the main blog.

4. Can the player be targeted in the http link to play a specific track and/or a playlist? Will need that for making links from the store audio and albums gallery.

5. (comes first 4 me) Will be integrating the sidebar menus with the same styling as recordings/community. Any votes on the list bullets (currently >>)?

6. I’ve yet to customise the community section, its front end will have a para about hs free memberships, a list of latest entries and a custom links sidebar. This will open up the wpmu server and we can start getting the artists online to help put this site through the ropes. I need multiple bug testers asap!

8. Finalise the tabs menu links.

9. Once that lot’s done the basic build is pretty much done and then we can get onto really customising how everything works together. I wanna link in an albums gallery with the store audio and artists pages/discographies/podcasts etc. Tie it all up in a nicely linked structure that makes it hard to miss any audio.
